Slow Food UK Chef Alliance

Slow Food are pleased to have Mark Matless who is a very active member of Slow Food Anglia appointed as the new Slow Food UK chef alliance coordinator.
Mark trained as a chef and over the past few years has worked in many capacities in restaurants and the food industry in London and East Anglia, he currently runs the Bitethebullitt catering and street food company.
The Slow Food chef alliance is an important part of the Slow Food organisation both in the UK and in Slow Food International and with marks help we hope to grow and increase the number of chefs who will become members and will work with us on both food projects and food events.

Already with marks help we have several projects being planned both in East Anglia and also one with Borough market in London.
We will update our members and also have more details on this blog about upcoming events and also about the plans for the Terre Madre Salone del Gusto which is being held in Turin this coming September.
